Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify position requirements.
• Search through social networks and portfolio sites to identify candidates.
• Contact past applicants for new opportunities.
• Develop a network of candidates and professionals.
• Identify future hiring needs and source hires.
• Measure and report recruiting metrics such as source of hire and time-to-fill.
• Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on active positions.
• Create pipelines of passive candidates via networking and outreach.
• Conduct qualification interviews and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Promote employer brand online and offline.
• Track candidate information in the ATS.
• Additional duties as assigned.
