Job summary

Lippert Components is seeking a HR intern to support recruitment, onboarding, and records maintenance within the HR team. This seasonal, on-site role offers hands-on exposure to talent management and employee programs.

You will assist with posting jobs, coordinating interviews, maintaining files, and helping with engagement activities while learning compliant HR practices and data entry in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
• Maintain team member records and assist with HR data entry while ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist with team member engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
• Help prepare training materials and coordinate learning and development activities.
• Support HR projects related to talent management, retention, and organizational development.
• Respond to routine team member questions and direct inquiries to appropriate HR team members.
• Assist with maintaining HR files and documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Perform general administrative duties, including filing, reporting, and data tracking.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
