CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. in Birmingham, AL is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruiting across the Flatbed Solutions business unit and serve as the primary onsite HR resource for the Birmingham operation.

You will drive workforce planning, candidate pipelines, and day-to-day HR support to create a positive employee experience. You’ll partner with leaders to identify workforce needs, implement hiring plans, and ensure effective onboarding and policy adherence.

Qualificações

• Must have experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple job types/business areas.
• Experience addressing employee concerns and advising leaders on HR policies.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and sound judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with leaders on sourcing strategies and workforce needs.
• Build candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Serve as onsite HR point of contact for employees and leaders.
