Formación

• Bachelor's degree or Associates with two years of office experience (required).
• Recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting drivers and screening applicants.

Responsabilidades

• Use ATS to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards.
• Cold call and respond to inquiries quickly.
• Pre-screen potential applicants.
• Inform applicants about our operations and benefits.
• Schedule driver orientations and training.
• Run background checks and DAC/MVR reports and handle other admin duties.
• Use social media and search engines to generate leads.
