Responsibilities include coordinating full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and payroll audit support, with exposure to broader HR functions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field
• Strong recruiting experience with a passion for attracting and engaging talent
• Ability to support multiple managers and manage competing priorities effectively
• Experience coordinating recruiting events, job fairs, or community outreach initiatives
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS or HRIS platforms
• High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
• Partner with multiple hiring managers to support workforce planning and hiring initiatives
• Organize and represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and community recruiting activities
• Serve as a primary contact for employee HR questions and day-to-day HR support needs
• Assist with onboarding, employee records management, and various HR administrative functions
• Support payroll audits, compliance efforts, and special HR projects as assigned
