• Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the hiring process with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
• Monitor hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding.
• Guide candidates through onboarding and support New Hire Orientation.
• Provide recruiting updates and labor market insights to leadership; collaborate on creative solutions.
