Legends Global at the Greater Columbus Convention Center seeks an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to support recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HRIS updates on site in Columbus, OH. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and customer service excellence.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 3+ years of HR support experience, preferably in hospitality or events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally in hospitality, events, or a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities and assist with onboarding.
• Serve as primary benefits contact and assist enrollment and life-event changes.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support payroll-related changes.
• Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives and assist with recordkeeping.
