Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and records management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for HR compliance across a multi-state operation.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and documentation.
• Coordinate and administer benefits programs, enrollments, changes, and communications.
• Support recruitment by coordinating interviews, posting jobs, and candidate communication.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain and update HRIS data and reporting.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
• Partner with leadership on performance management and development plans.
• Contribute to employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
