Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communications or related field is required.
• 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR roles.
• Experience managing multiple openings and strong interview skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and recruit effectively.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Conduct interviews to assess qualifications and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Provide a superior candidate experience and track metrics.
