Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Corporate Talent Acquisition team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end interview and candidate logistics process, ensuring seamless execution and a best-in-class experience for candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Recruiters, HR Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates to coordinate and schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews across corporate locations in Columbus, OH and New York, NY.
- Manage complex interview scheduling, including coordinating multiple calendars, interviewers, time zones, and last-minute changes.
- Create detailed candidate interview agendas and distribute interview schedules and logistics to candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide hiring teams with relevant candidate information and ensure all parties are prepared for scheduled interviews.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements as needed, including airfare, lodging, and other travel logistics.
- Manage the candidate travel reimbursement process, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare and extend offer documents in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide HR Partners with required new-hire packet information and supporting documentation.
- Partner with the Global Mobility team to initiate and coordinate candidate relocation activities.
- Prepare and distribute weekly recruiting reports to key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information throughout the hiring process.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with research, reporting, and special projects as needed.
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruiting process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of corporate professional experience; Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition, HR, or administrative support experience is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple schedules, tasks, deadlines, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable communicating and partnering with employees and leaders at all levels of an organization.
- Strong calendar management and scheduling capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling candidate, compensation, and employee information.
- Ability to work primarily remotely while being available to work onsite in Columbus, OH approximately 2–3 days per month.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant, or Interview Coordinator.
- Experience supporting high-volume or corporate recruiting teams.
- Experience coordinating complex interview schedules and candidate travel.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruiting/HR technology.
- Experience supporting offer generation, onboarding, relocation, or pre-employment processes.
