Job summary

Coquille Tribe is seeking a Talent Manager to lead talent acquisition, onboarding, learning and development, and HR technology initiatives. You will supervise HR staff and partner with senior HR leaders to strengthen talent pipelines, improve hiring, training programs, performance management, and employee development practices.

The role focuses on scalable talent practices, dashboards, and compliant implementation of Tribal Preference, supporting a strong, diverse workforce across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of HR experience, including five (5) years in talent acquisition or recruiting operations.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience.
• Minimum of five (5) years leading full-cycle recruitment and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Experience administering and optimizing ATS/HRIS systems.
• Experience with HR metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tribe’s talent acquisition function and oversee full recruitment lifecycle.
• Supervise and develop recruiting staff with clear priorities and accountability.
• Develop proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies, including for hard-to-fill roles.
• Oversee interview processes, candidate communication and experience.
• Improve onboarding, training, and workforce development programs.
• Oversee HRIS/HR tech and optimize HR workflows and reporting.
• Lead data-driven workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
• Partner with HR leadership to align with Tribal Preference and policies.
