Job summary

The Kalispel Tribe of Indians is seeking a Talent Development Partner to lead and deliver learning programs across the organization. You will work closely with HR and L&D leaders to build talent, cultivate a culture of learning, and provide consultative operational support.

Required is a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least four years of corporate training experience, with a track record delivering impactful training to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Adult Education is required.
• Minimum four years of corporate training experience.
• Experience delivering formal and interactive sessions to varied audience sizes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates in-person, virtual, or blended learning experiences requiring public speaking and classroom management.
• Plans, coordinates class availability and schedules with departments and team members.
• Develops facilitator guides and determines instructional methods and delivery.
• Partners with HR and L&D to create modern learning experiences for leaders and teams.
• Designs programs aligned with adult learning theory and engagement research.
