Job summary

Colville Tribal Health Care Authority (CTHCA) is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the organization’s recruitment efforts. You will manage sourcing, requisition, selection, and onboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant strategies across the Colville Reservation.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business and 5 years in HR/recruitment, plus 2 years of supervisory experience. Travel throughout the Reservation is required, with flexibility of hours to meet hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, recruitment, talent acquisition, or related field.
• Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment activities.
• Experience developing or improving recruitment processes and procedures.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages recruitment efforts for the Colville Tribal Health Care Authority (CTHCA).
• Oversees full recruitment process from sourcing and requisition through selection and onboarding.
• Develops effective strategies to attract and hire qualified team members.
• Maintains high accuracy, manages competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
