FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Florida is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Under the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will maintain onboarding templates and dashboards, post roles to job boards, ensure accurate candidate records in the ATS, and support events and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in HR or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years in recruiting coordination or HR support.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems (iCIMS, Workday, SuccessFactors).
• Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews across teams and time zones, managing multiple calendars.
• Partner with management to perform recruitment activities including scheduling interviews.
• Maintain onboarding templates, dashboards, and process documents.
• Assist with other HR admin functions and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and policies.
• Collaborate to improve recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes.
• Support sourcing, posting, and employer branding across channels.
• Keep ATS updated with candidate records and reporting structures.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and candidate communications.
• Participate in recruiting events like job fairs; travel up to 10%.
• Assist with recruitment metrics and reporting to identify improvements.
