Job summary

Tailor Made Compounding is seeking an entry-to-support level Talent Acquisition Coordinator to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and maintain accurate ATS records. This role offers a pathway to grow within talent acquisition and human resources.

You will schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and support onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus, but not required
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process (confirmations, reminders, status updates)
• Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Post and manage job openings on internal and external job boards
• Assist with pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens, offer letter prep)
• Support new hire onboarding coordination
• Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Assist with internal job posting processes and communications
• Perform other administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition and HR team
