Ideal candidates have a year of coordinating experience, strong Outlook and Excel skills, and a professional demeanor suitable for a corporate environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year coordinating appointments, interviews, or meetings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook for calendar management.
• Basic Excel skills for navigating spreadsheets and data formatting.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication in a professional office setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews for internal and external candidates, ensuring a positive experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for visitors and new hires, creating a welcoming impression.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries across shared email inboxes.
• Collaborate with assistants and hiring teams to align schedules and ensure manager availability for interviews.
• Manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Prioritize scheduling requests and deadlines effectively.
