Job summary

Insight Global seeks a detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to bridge Recruiters, HR, Hiring Managers, and Candidates through the hiring lifecycle. You will coordinate interviews, candidate communications, background checks, and onboarding while maintaining ATS records and generating reports.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Coordination.
Experience scheduling interviews and managing calendars.
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
Ability to track multiple candidates and hiring activities concurrently.
Experience coordinating background checks, drug screens, and onboarding.
Intermediate Excel skills and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
Initiate and track background checks, drug screens, and onboarding requirements.
Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate recruiting reports.
Coordinate travel when needed and support day‑1 onboarding readiness.
Collaborate with Recruiters, HR, Hiring Managers, and Candidates to ensure a smooth process.
Ensure compliance with hiring and onboarding policies and timelines.
