Apella Wealth in West Hartford, CT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be the backbone of recruiting operations across the firm. You will partner with the Executive Recruiter, manage candidate sourcing, interview coordination, postings, and candidate communications while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

This remote-friendly role offers flexibility for remote work, with occasional travel to headquarters or events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruiting operations, HR, staffing or PM
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Ability to create job descriptions and schedule interviews
• Strong organization and multi-priority management
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, boards, referrals and networks
• Screen resumes and outreach with Executive Recruiter
• Schedule interviews across multiple offices and time zones
• Coordinate interview logistics for a seamless candidate experience
• Prepare interview schedules and candidate briefing materials
• Draft job descriptions with hiring managers
• Post positions on internal and external platforms
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities
• Assist with recruiting events and employer brand initiatives
• Track recruiting metrics and report activity
