Groundworks, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple connected departments. You will manage high-volume pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a strong candidate experience through every stage of the process.

The role supports a hybrid/remote working arrangement with opportunities for professional growth and ownership-driven culture. A focus on timely communications and rigorous candidate assessments will drive hiring success daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• HR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Advises hiring managers on recruiting best practices and compliance.
• Manages ATS and data integrity for requisitions and candidates.
• Sours and screens candidates using active and passive methods.
• Schedules interviews and coordinates travel as needed.
• Extends offers and supports negotiation and onboarding.
