Job summary

Doc Wealth LLC seeks an entry-level Founder’s Office - Talent Acquisition & People Operations Associate to help scale the team. You will own talent acquisition from first outreach through onboarding, and support onboarding and day-to-day people operations as the team grows.

This fully remote, full-time role offers direct collaboration with the founder and Product Manager Team, requires initiative, and rewards strong candidates who move fast, communicate clearly, and build effective systems.

Qualifications

• Entry-level / new graduates welcome.
• Talent acquisition: own the recruiting process from outreach through onboarding.
• Onboarding and day-to-day people operations as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: translate hiring needs into role requirements, postings, sourcing plans, and pipelines.
• Lead first-round interviews, ask thoughtful questions, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Recruiting execution: manage scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
• Hiring quality: help leadership maintain a high bar and measure pipeline quality.
• Onboarding: coordinate paperwork, access requests, and manager handoffs.
• People operations: maintain records and handle confidential information with care.
• Improve systems: identify bottlenecks and automate where appropriate.
