ELLKAY LLC is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with qualified candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs.

The role blends proactive sourcing, recruiting coordination, candidate research, and accurate applicant tracking to help build diverse talent pipelines and deliver an organized, responsive candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• One to three years in recruiting coordination or HR administration.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and multi-stakeholder recruiting.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing candidates via networks, resume databases, job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Build and maintain pipelines for recurring roles and key openings.
• Draft and send outreach messages; coordinate follow-up with recruiters.
• Schedule interviews and recruiting meetings; manage logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS; monitor activity and disposition.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and pipelines.
• Monitor market data on talent availability and compensation signals; report findings.
