Empower LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant for a temporary role supporting high-volume recruitment within our financial services teams. You will partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to craft strategies, manage the full lifecycle, and build diverse pipelines through postings, referrals, and proactive sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–4+ years of recruiting experience supporting high volume professional or financial services roles.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and advising on talent strategies.
• Working knowledge of sourcing tools, social networking platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with minimal oversight.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned to business goals and market trends.
• Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from intake through offer, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through compelling job postings, referrals, social media, and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Use assessment tools, structured interview guides, and scorecards to support consistent, merit-based selection decisions.
• Coach hiring leaders on effective, unbiased recruitment practices and inclusive interviewing techniques.
• Monitor and engage on employment-focused social media sites and job boards to strengthen our employer brand.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities.
• Share recruiting best practices and market insights with the Talent Acquisition team.
