Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Business Coordinator for Talent Acquisition to source, onboard, and guide new hires on-site at the Blom Administrative Campus. You will coordinate onboarding steps, manage regulatory compliance, and support the Talent Acquisition team using multiple systems.

Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, Preboarding, this role has no supervisory or budget responsibilities and emphasizes service excellence, confidentiality, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• One to three years of HR or administrative / clerical experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills while maintaining a high-level of detail
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service; passion for the candidate experience
• Strong relationship building skills that demonstrate the ability to be social, engaging, personable, friendly, curious and inquisitive.
• Demonstrated problem solving and decision making ability
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Assist new hires through onboarding, ensuring steps completed within service and compliance standards.
• Complete onboarding files with regulatory compliance per policy and job description.
• Conduct fingerprinting for new hire candidates per BCI standards.
• Complete Form I-9 and E-Verify following USCIS guidelines.
• Attend and handle the registration process for New Associate Orientation.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide optimal service to internal and external customers.
• Perform administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional communication.
