Qualifications

• One to three years of HR or administrative/clerical experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper completion of new hire files and regulatory compliance with OhioHealth employment policy.
• Conducts fingerprinting for new hire candidates according to BCI standards.
• Completes Form I-9 and E-Verify following USCIS guidelines.
• Manages registration for New Associate Orientation.
• Collaborates with other departments to provide optimal service to internal and external customers.
• Performs administrative duties to support Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintains confidentiality and adheres to high reliability practices.
