Job summary

Einstellen.io is seeking a Talent Acquisition Support (Coordination-Focused) to assist high-volume manufacturing hiring. This role does not perform sourcing or requisition ownership, but ensures interview coordination, candidate flow, and pre-employment compliance run smoothly to meet aggressive targets.

You will coordinate with the RPO provider, manage scheduling, onboarding readiness, and documentation while maintaining a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities with the designated RPO provider; no direct sourcing.
• Support end-to-end interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate flow management.
• Partner with interview teams to drive timely and effective hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready interview documentation.
• Ensure candidate evaluations align with role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Monitor staffing plans to align with ramp targets and forecasted hiring needs.
• Serve as a key contact for candidates through scheduling and pre-start processes.
• Provide clear interview logistics and onboarding requirements; support offer coordination with RPO and HR.
• Track pre-employment requirements (drug screens, background checks, I-9).
• Maintain onboarding/compliance status in company systems.
• Manage onboarding workflows and align with policies; coordinate timelines for orientation.
• Escalate risks or delays to leadership as needed.
• Track hiring progress and support reports on readiness and candidate flow.
