Job summary

Zing Recruiting is seeking Talent Acquisition Support specialists to assist a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This coordination-focused role partners with an RPO provider, handling interview scheduling, candidate flow, and compliant pre-start activities instead of direct sourcing or requisition ownership.

You will ensure accurate interview documentation, align evaluations with role criteria, manage backfills and ramp targets, and coordinate onboarding readiness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear, professional communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities in partnership with designated RPO provider; no sourcing or direct recruiting.
• Support end-to-end interview scheduling, coordination, and candidate flow management.
• Partner with interview teams to drive timely and effective hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready interview documentation.
• Ensure candidate evaluations align with defined role requirements and hiring criteria.
• Monitor staffing plans and backfills to align with ramp targets and forecasted needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates during scheduling and pre-start processes.
• Provide clear communication on interview logistics, next steps, and onboarding requirements.
• Support offer coordination and handoffs with RPO and HR team.
• Track and drive completion of pre-employment requirements (drug screens, background checks, Form I-9).
• Maintain onboarding and compliance status records; manage onboarding workflows.
