Mako Industries in Texas is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the full hiring cycle from outreach through onboarding. This onsite role focuses on industrial, commercial, and administrative positions and requires strong communication and organizational skills to maintain a positive candidate experience.

The Recruiting Coordinator will schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, post jobs, review resumes, and help build a robust talent pipeline.

Competenze

• 1-3 years of recruiting or coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with recruiting candidates for industrial, commercial, skilled trades, and administrative positions.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media, internal platforms, and other channels.
• Review resumes and assist with sourcing and screening efforts.
• Track recruiting metrics, interview schedules, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
