Job summary

Acoustical Sheetmetal Company (ASC) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support full-cycle recruitment, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining ATS records. You will post jobs, assist sourcing, and coordinate pre-employment activities while ensuring a smooth, compliant hiring process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or HR/administrative experience.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS platforms or recruiting software.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, construction, industrial, or skilled trades environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with creating and posting job advertisements across recruiting platforms and social media.
• Support sourcing by identifying and engaging candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities including background checks, drug screens, references, and onboarding documentation.
• Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, interview summaries, and other TA analytics.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure an efficient, positive hiring experience.
• Assist with recruiting events, job fairs, campus recruiting, and community outreach.
• Monitor open requisitions and provide updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
• Support employer branding initiatives and ASC as an employer of choice.
