Atrium Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator for an immediate temporary assignment in Brooklyn, NY. You will support a fast-paced recruiting team by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and entering requisitions in the ATS.

The role emphasizes high-volume sourcing and excellent organization, with daily scheduling across multiple locations and a strong focus on a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, recruiting coordination or related experience.
• Experience with ATS and resume databases.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support a high-volume recruiting process with recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Schedule candidate screenings and interviews across multiple locations.
• Coordinate candidate communications via phone and email.
• Create and monitor job requisitions in the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Prioritize interview scheduling based on business needs and urgency.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting documentation.
• Generate recruiting and activity reports.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare interview materials for Hiring Managers.
