Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and scheduling for candidates and hiring teams.
• Provide policy and employment information to candidates and employees.
• Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-/post-employment tasks.
• Support HRBP and Talent Acquisition administratively, including new hire actions.
• Take meeting notes and promote efficient processes.
