Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR, business, or related field.
• 0–2 years of recruiting or HR experience (internships included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with LinkedIn, ATS platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting across Heritage Holding's portfolio companies.
• Post and manage job advertisements on multiple boards.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening calls.
• Maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Ashby).
• Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open roles.
• Maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offers.
