Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions in Canton, MA is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator on a 3-month contract to support the Talent Acquisition Team. You will coordinate interview logistics, manage the ATS, and handle background checks and job postings while assisting with offers and new hire paperwork.

Prospective candidates should have 3–5 years of administrative support experience and an Associate degree preferred. The role offers a hybrid schedule with a pay rate of $34–$39 per hour.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interview logistics, scheduling, travel, and inquiries.
• Act as systems administrator for the ATS and liaise with vendor for issues.
• Assist Internal Audit with semi-annual background checks audits.
• Post jobs on multiple boards and generate weekly requisition reports.
• Support offer letters, new hire paperwork, and data entry for background checks.
• Assist other HR areas as needed.
