Responsibilities

• Support recruiters throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Coordinate interviews, manage calendars, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate pre-employment activities, including background checks and medical screenings.
• Arrange candidate travel as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting data within the ATS.
• Manage recruiting-related transactions and tasks within Workday.
• Monitor new hire onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition.
• Assist with job requisition assignments and internal posting processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and workflows.
