Connexion Systems + Engineering in Bedford, MA seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruiting for engineering and R&D roles. The role includes developing sourcing strategies, engaging candidates, and partnering with HR and hiring managers.

This 3-year contract position offers on-site work one day per week with a hybrid schedule and potential for future opportunities. Strong knowledge of employment laws and social media recruiting is preferred.

Formación

• 7+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering/R&D
• Experience using social media and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean search)
• Detail-oriented in organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to present new recruiting concepts to the team
• Some travel for job fairs, campus recruiting and diversity events
• Experience with virtual recruiting platforms and interviewing methods
• Knowledge of current employment laws and practices
• Proficiency with web-based ATS and recruitment platforms

Responsabilidades

• Drive recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising on offers
• Develop talent acquisition strategies for functional areas
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers
• Educate managers on hiring process and tools; lead projects as needed
