Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing organization in the construction space, to hire a Talent Coordinator. This is a high-volume recruiting support role that works closely with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple states.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing a fast-paced workload, and experienced with the administrative side of recruiting. The Talent Coordinator will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team,

Qualifications

• Experience supporting recruiting or Talent Acquisition in an administrative capacity.
• Experience scheduling interviews in a high-volume environment.
• Experience creating or managing job postings.
• Familiarity with candidate onboarding processes.
• 6-month contract with potential extension or conversion.
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
• Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Parking available onsite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews and manage scheduling logistics.
• Create and maintain job postings across recruiting platforms.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview steps and candidate communication.
• Manage administrative onboarding activities once candidates accept an offer.
• Track recruiting activity and help ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Assist with basic candidate sourcing or recruiting activities as needed.
