Analysis Group is recruiting a Recruiting Assistant to support professional and lateral recruitment efforts across offices. You will coordinate requisitions, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, and help with onboarding and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in recruiting, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and experience with ATS tools like iCIMS or Workday, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of substantive relevant experience.
• Exposure to recruiting in a professional services environment preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion with confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with applicant tracking and scheduling software (iCIMS/Workday) preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsabilités

• Provide recruitment support across all offices and positions.
• Assist full-cycle hiring including requisition management, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, feedback, and onboarding.
• Maintain ATS, reporting dashboards, and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring teams to optimize recruiting operations.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and agency contacts.
