Job summary

MMS Holdings Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment activities and provide a smooth candidate experience in a hybrid work setting. You will help coordinate interviews, onboarding, and communications with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with MS Office, and familiarity with ATS systems. Prior HR or TA exposure and interest in life sciences are beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• College graduate in HR, business, psychology, or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years in Talent Acquisition or HR preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Experience with recruitment platforms or ATS preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical trials or CROs advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work in a global, diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities and administer records.
• Provide positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate assessments.
• Maintain accurate candidate and position information in ATS.
• Assist with job postings across boards and social media.
• Support HR screening and management interviews.
• Perform reference and background checks as directed.
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding.
