Analysis Group, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to support professional and lateral recruitment efforts across offices. You will assist with requisitions, schedule interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and help onboard new hires.

You will also contribute to process improvements, maintain ATS dashboards, and collaborate with the HR team on strategic projects, while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of substantive relevant experience.
• Exposure to recruiting in a professional services environment preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with flexibility to contribute where needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience with applicant tracking and interview scheduling software (iCIMS/Workday) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide recruitment support across all offices and positions.
• Assist full-cycle hiring, including requisition management, scheduling interviews, candidate communication, interview feedback and debriefs, and onboarding.
• Assist with administrative projects to support an organized recruitment process.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and agency contacts.
• Oversee applicant flow processes, ATS maintenance, and reporting dashboards.
• Support onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, and updating HR trackers.
• Enhance processes to improve candidate experience at each stage.
• Collaborate with the HR team on process improvements and strategic initiatives.
