Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable of TA practices and experienced with senior executives.
• Knowledge of sourcing, pipelining candidates and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• HCM knowledge, preferably Workday.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of up to 5 recruiters including the VP of TA.
• Manage the new hire process, offers and onboarding communications.
• Coordinate the annual summer intern program and Super Days interview events.
• Oversee background check administration and Workday integrations.
• Maintain Conde Nast candidate experience and executive interview logistics.
