Job summary

Condé Nast is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in New York to support a team of recruiters, manage new hire communications and coordinate the intern program and interview days. You will handle background checks and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact through final offers.

The role requires 3–5 years in corporate recruiting, familiarity with Workday/HCM, and strong proficiency in ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of TA practices and experience presenting to senior executives.
• Experience in sourcing, pipelining candidates and familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Must have HCM knowledge, preferably with Workday.
• Comfort navigating applicant tracking systems.
• At least 3–5 years in a corporate recruiting environment.
• Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support a team of recruiters including VP of Talent Acquisition and manage offer letters and new hire communications.
• Coordinate background checks, adjudicate records and resolve candidate issues.
• Guard the candidate experience and oversee executive/interview coordination.
• Assist with large candidate sourcing and pipelining initiatives.
