Morning Brew is seeking an energetic, proactive Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition and People Ops team in New York City. You will own full-cycle recruiting for roles across levels and manage internship hiring, scheduling, and onboarding to ensure a positive candidate experience.

In this role you will support employer branding, partner with cross-functional teams, and help maintain HR systems and processes.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
• Appreciation for people, culture, and values.
• Willingness to work four days per week in the NYC office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth and positive candidate experience.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for junior-to-senior full-time positions and contract roles.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting and management for our internship program.
• Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and coordinate logistics for candidates and teams.
• Source candidates using diversity job platforms and various channels.
• Ensure in-person interview days are seamless and well-organized.
• Coordinate onboarding with departments and schedule orientation.
• Assist with planning and logistics for recruiting and DEI events.
• Maintain employee updates in HR systems and support onboarding.
• Champions Morning Brew's work culture and values.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and boost productivity.
