EverService Holdings, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support entry- to mid-level recruiting across our brands. Under guidance from the team, you will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate relationships, and help manage our Lever ATS and related processes in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role focuses on building foundational recruiting skills, data analytics, and organizational tasks while contributing to our talent acquisition goals and ensuring a positive

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interviews and stakeholder interactions.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Lever), Google Workspace, and Slack.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• General understanding of employment laws, hiring compliance, and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring teams, and leadership.
• Deliver a white-glove candidate experience and safeguard the employer brand.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Lever and track pipeline metrics.
• Support administrative tasks including background checks, reference checks, and job postings.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and salary benchmarks to inform strategy.
