This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1 year of recruitment related experience.
• Experience in high-volume, full-cycle recruitment is preferred.
• HRIS/ATS experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative processes for requisitions, offers, and documentation.
• Gather, process, and maintain new hire paperwork to ensure policy compliance.
• Format resumes/JDs in MS Word.
• Collaborate with TA team to finalize paperwork and file locations.
• Close out roles in ATS and coordinate with orientation/HR partners.
• Conduct background checks and auto policy forms for driving teammates.
• Assist with candidate screening by phone to confirm minimum requirements.
• Support interview logistics and travel arrangements for on-site meetings.
• Attend job fairs and college recruiting events to build applicant flow.
• Develop relationships with colleges and networks to improve brand reach.
