Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of office experience.
• Exposure to human resources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and written verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and alignment with position requirements and organizational values.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while providing a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure recruiting information is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other recruiting and HR-related documentation.
• Gather data, compile information, and assist with preparing reports.
• Provide administrative support across recruiting and human resources functions.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and team members to improve processes and support efficient recruiting.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and candidate-focused recruiting experience.
