Everus Construction is seeking a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support recruiting efforts nationwide. You will source candidates, review applicants, schedule interviews and help manage the hiring process.

The role focuses on building a strong candidate experience while partnering with hiring managers to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities include posting jobs, coordinating interviews, preparing offers, onboarding new hires, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of human resource practices at a level normally acquired through completion of a four-year degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities for assigned positions, including posting jobs, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
• Source candidates through job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Coordinate interviews and related recruiting activities, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities for new hires.
