Job summary

Scott County is seeking a Human Resources Hiring Coordinator to join our HR team in Davenport. You will coordinate the full recruitment cycle with hiring managers, craft engaging job postings, and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience for applicants and new hires.

You will support outreach, onboarding, and orientation, while ensuring compliant processes and timely hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred; AND two years of human resources related experience; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities with hiring managers; screen applications and administer testing as appropriate.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and interview panels on planning, interview questions, candidate assessment, and final hiring decisions.
• Serve as the primary administrator of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); post vacancies, monitor applicant flow, and communicate with candidates.
