Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting and onboarding, delivering a positive candidate experience from application through hire. You will work with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR partners to coordinate processes and maintain accurate records in the ATS.

You will schedule interviews, coordinate travels and verifications, generate reports, and help attract candidates through postings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably Talent Acquisition, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with multiple ATSs; Workday experience is highly preferred.
• Experience using SharePoint and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a positive candidate experience throughout recruiting and onboarding.
• Facilitate requisition process, approvals, job postings, and recruitment activities with stakeholders.
• Coordinate phone screens, webinars, onsite and virtual interviews.
• Schedule candidate travel and support expense reporting.
