Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to support the TA team with scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding, and processing background checks. You will work with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a stellar candidate experience, manage onboarding paperwork, maintain HRIS data, and assist with special HR projects.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills, calendar management, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year administrative assistant or coordinator experience.
• 1+ year of high-volume calendar management and travel booking.
• 1 year Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Bachelor's degree or four years of additional experience in lieu of education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews (phone, in‑person, video).
• Drive scheduling to ensure timely interview appointments.
• Deliver excellent candidate experience with interview/travel information.
• Support recruiters on job postings, events and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with onboarding: collect data and enter into HRIS, create profiles, order background checks.
• Process invoices and assist with HR projects as needed.
