Job summary

Location3 is seeking an entry-level Talent Coordinator to keep hiring moving. This Denver-based remote role collaborates with the Director of Finance and Administration and offers a path into HR, recruiting or people operations.

You will coordinate recruiting, craft postings, manage the interview process, support offers and onboarding, and provide HR and administrative support while handling confidential information. The position is full-time with benefits and a bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role for HR/recruiting coordination with 1–2 years in related support.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, and Microsoft stack preferred.
• BreezyHR familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting: schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain ATS records and follow-up with hiring managers.
• Create and update job descriptions and postings for career site, ATS, LinkedIn and job boards.
• Administer interview process: scheduling across calendars, logistics, and obtaining timely feedback.
• Support offers, pre-employment checks, onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Provide HR and administrative support: report on open roles, pipeline status and onboarding progress, handle confidential information.
