Job summary

Ada County is seeking an HR Recruitment & Selection Coordinator to manage the end-to-end candidate experience from application through onboarding. You will coordinate interviews, document processing, and onboarding activities while ensuring timely updates for applicants and hiring teams.

You will also represent Ada County at job fairs and outreach events, helping build a strong talent pipeline and promoting county employment opportunities across our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field; experience in recruitment preferred.
• SHRM credentials are a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment logistics including scheduling interviews and onboarding activities.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants and hiring teams throughout the process.
• Maintain recruitment records in ATS and HRIS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Represent Ada County at career fairs and outreach events to promote opportunities.
